We make a living by what we get but make a life by what we give.

Some people start doubting themselves, after a breakup or any other sort of failure. They start questioning their ability, just because someone else said something. They look down upon themselves based on mistakes they have made in the past! They start hating themselves because they think, they don’t look pretty enough. They start demeaning themselves for small silly things; that don’t even matter!!
The following note is for such people:

First of all, stop comparing yourself to anyone else, cause every individual is an unique creation of nature. Everyone possesses some or the other kind of beauty & it may differ from one to another. You are beautiful the way you are. I know there’s always going to be someone more stronger, prettier, smarter or better than you are, but there’s never gonna be someone who smiles like you, who blushes like you, who maybe snorts like you or has beautiful scars or freckles like you! Trust me you are beautiful the way you are! So please stop shamming your body for something it doesn’t look like. Love your body, your face for how it is instead of how you want it to be. Start practing a positive self- talk, cause the whole society is sitting jobless to point out your flaws & to pull you down. Start believing in yourself. Believe that if any opportunity has knocked your door its just because you deserve it & if any problem has arised its just because you have the potential to overcome it. And if you don’t fit in somewhere, thats because you deserve a much better place . Don’t ever be afraid to stand out from the crowd for what you believe in. All this is going to take you on your journey towards self-fulfillment.

And just trust me, Cause I love everything you hate about yourself;).

Heard of a pro-life organization?  More than likely, they offer all kinds of neato services or referrals to things like pregnancy care, suicide prevention/counseling, information on the foster care system, and more.

Seriously: actually try to genuinely get to know the kind of things are out there, a resource out there may help you or a friend someday.  They are not perfect, but ignoring that they exist hurts more people than it helps.

Reblog and add a link if there is a specific group or service you want to give a shout out too. Here’s mine to start it off.

Also gonna tag @lifemattersjournal because they have all kinds of resources.

Help me this is how I feel during most of my existence.
